In 1995 I established a company
and small client network in legal information dissemination.
Conducting studies on search of the pra-Motherland of the Slavs,
Slav ethnodynamics and Slav ethnogenesis (see site: www.zharvin-history.narod.ru
) the author gradually came
to understanding that these problems could not be addressed without
delving deep into the glacier epochs. So the historian got down to
study of glaciology, Cenozoic and then Mesozoic glaciation and
inter-glaciation periods. As a basis of his studies the author used,
to some extent, the works of Academician A.I. Moskvitinov. Coming to
the glaciology from outside and having no hierarchical dependence
the author coped with the arising problems not as a chief
dictated, but as the scientific logic, sound sense, instinct and
methodology of an inventor, pioneer prompted him. As a result,
the system of outlook was shaped that the author called the
lithosphere-oceanic theory and that moved far forward the frontlines
of glaciology, geophysics and seismology not only in the Russian,
but world science, too. We affirm this despite possible objections
from the conservative scientific community. The history and
progressive advance of the mentioned sciences will arbitrate us.
The lithosphere-oceanic theory (
LOT
) was developed in two stages. On the first stage there came the
understanding of closeness of the glacier Apocalypse and the
mechanism of Great Glaciations on the Earth. Then it became clear
that the Great Glaciations are not of a global, but regional nature
notwithstanding their grand scales and that the glaciation process
has a counter-phase nature in three main regions with periodical
climate changes: 1) Western Eurasia with North America, 2)
Northeastern Asia, 3) Northern Africa (where no glaciations were
observed, but the arid and pluvial climates were interchanging). LOT
sees the cause of changeover of glacial interglacial climates
and arid-pluvial climates in the discrete changes of oceanic
currents and, first of all,
Gulf Stream
and Kuroshio. They are the core of tremendous climatic changes and
other oceanic currents have to adapt to these changing climate also
in other regions, but not so severely as in the Northern Hemisphere.
That time it was also understood that the world rift system and,
primarily, its
Iceland
dislocation and also the process of freezing-thawing of the
Greenland Glacier play a role in deflection of oceanic currents. In
2002 in
Saratov
the author published his monograph (EMOS Publishers)
Glaciation Apocalypse that depicted the achievements of the
first stage of elaboration of the lithosphere-oceanic theory. In
2004 the author defended thesis on the mechanism of Cenozoic
glaciations at the
European
Informatization
Academy
for the academic degree Doctor of Philosophy (Candidate of
Geographical Sciences) according to the Brussels Scientific
Classification.
The second stage of
LOT
development is described by the author in his third monograph
What is in store for the mankind cradleland? and its
subheading Greenland-Iceland Geogenetic Complex. The key issue
here is understanding that each glaciation period (as well as
serious cooling times within respective interglaciation periods) is
closely connected with the formation of the next pair of ranges in
the mid-oceanic ridges that develops as a global environmental
disaster accompanied by the next world flood and huge surge of
seismic activity that, together with glaciations, are, in fact, only
manifestations of physical processes giving birth to each pair of
ranges in the mid-oceanic ridges. The notion of quick and slow
spreading appeared, the processes of origin and expansion of
deep oceans, including the Pacific Ocean, the genesis of
lithosphere plates and continents, the origin and growth of mountain
systems became clear. A new non-Wegener notion of continent drift
was shaped, the discrepancies with the theory of the New Global
Tectonics concerning the mechanism and driving forces of continent
drift were revealed. A complex of theoretical postulates of
LOT
led to new understanding of the causes of the Earths seismicity,
helped to find a way for short-term and long-term forecasts of
earthquakes, made it possible to have a look on ordinary volcanoes
as not very perfect and hazardous natural earthquake arresters.
Its senseless to describe all innovations of the
lithosphere-oceanic theory, better read the authors monographs,
his articles on the site and in journals. It should be noted that
warning about closeness of impending Global Environmental Disaster
with likely death of the whole mankind or its greater part is only
the applied utilization of a wide and variegated lithosphere-oceanic
theory. The author provided the most effective and accessible way
for prevention of the World Disaster, creation of a global system
for climate regulation. It is very important not to waste time.
According to the most recent data the Greenland Glacier, the trigger
of the whole complex of global troubles, started thawing too quickly
due to global climate warming.
In 2002 the author was elected Corresponding Member of the
Academy
of
Defense
and Law Enforcement Security and in 2006 the Academician of the same
Academy.
The author believes that he attained such high status not
only due to his persistent drive to accumulation of knowledge at any
age and in any life situations, not only his love for life and
hard-working, but also because he met in his life such intelligent,
generous and benevolent people who gave him a helping hand in his
most difficult periods of life and to whom he is sincerely thankful.
And it is very important that
Russia
changed its political regime and it became possible, although
not so easy as it may be, to express ones ideas and to publish
books. Under the communist diktat at continuous brain-washing this
was impossible at all, and the author has its own experience in this
when in the late 1970s early 1980s he made attempts to publish
his first monograph about Slavs.
