Global Environmental Disaster of the XXIst Century

            The purpose of the site is to present the results of my scientific researches on the theme Global environmental disaster (GED) that may occur already in the XXIst century for free dissemination of the information via the Internet.

            The GED concept includes a complex of natural events, such as:

            - thawing of the Greenland Glacier Shield in conditions of progressing global warming (including due to an anthropogenic factor) beyond the critical mark;

            - �floating up� of the northeastern edge of the American lithosphere plate due to decreased weight of this part of the plate (i.e. the Greenland region);

            - growing stresses in the Iceland graben not far from Greenland in excess of the maximum values; the stress will grow along the rift going approximately in the middle of the Iceland Island;

            - disastrous breakup of the lithosphere joint at exceeding the stresses of the maximum cohesion strength of the North-American and Euroasian lithosphere plates nearby Iceland and in the circum-Iceland oceanic space at a distance equaling approximately the meridional length of Greenland, i.e. for 203 thousand kilometers; the breakup will be of a sharply discrete nature due to fragility of the Earth�s crust and lack of the viscous part of the lithosphere in the sub-rift space. Growing volcanic activity in Iceland in this period will contribute to accelerated development of this disastrous process. Vertical displacement of the plate edges will reach approximately one kilometer;

            - breach under pressure of 200-400 atm via the formed fracture of enormous masses of oceanic water to the asthenosphere zone and contact of this water with hot (over 1000^oC) substance of the asthenosphere in a respective rift zone with the effect of vapor explosion of very large, I would say, even cosmic power;

            - sequential propagation of the vapor explosion along the whole (or greater part) of the world rift system;

            - explosion-related moving apart of the existing rift valley to 10- 30 km by width and bending by an explosion of the edges of the existed rift valley to form a new pair of ranges of the mid-ocean ridges;

            - burst of seismic activity over the whole Earth�s surface, intensive mountain formation, folding of the Earth�s crust, compression or deformation of the viscous part of the lithosphere;

            - expansion of the �deep� part of the oceans (due to formation of a new rift valley) and equivalent shrinkage of the shallow shelf area;

            - growth of mainland areas (commensurably and by several kilometers by width) due to the rising of the shelf bottom from the ocean;

            - release upwards via the formed fracture of enormous masses of vapor and volcanic dust into the atmosphere with their break through the ocean thickness;

            - rushing of the other half of the formed vapor into the sublithosphere space, i.e. the part of the atmosphere adjoining the rift, with vertical deformation in some places of the oceanic crust (its heaving) and changes in the direction of some oceanic currents (first of all, Gulf Stream);

            - propagation inside the Earth of the high-pressure reactive impact front along the Earth�s rift system simultaneously with dissemination of the vapor explosion;

            - change in the magnetic polarity of the Earth, slight correction of the Earth orbit parameters and its orientation in space;

            - formation in the Earth�s atmosphere of black cloudiness consisting of a mix of vapor and basalt dust and zero visibility practically on the whole Earth, falling of highly intensive �tar-like� rainfalls of the Biblical type for many days accompanied with multiple electrical discharges, i.e. lightnings and thunders;

            - formation and multiple rollup of huge supertsunamic waves on the coasts of continents; their size will be commensurable with the degree of deformation of the rift system edges and spurred still more by dynamics of the vapor explosion, i.e. approximately 2- 3 km by height, and propagation over the surface of continents for hundreds to thousands of kilometers (on flatlands, judging by the area of water propagation in the previous �world flood�);

            -  drastic climate cooling in the Earth�s area adjoining the Northern Atlantics due to latitudinal direction of the tropical current Gulf Stream that will lead to a new glacier period here for several thousands (more than 10,000) of years;

            - drastic climate warming in the Northeastern Asia accompanied by disappearance of permafrost due to intensification of the warm Kuroshio current after equalizing of the oceanic water exchange among the Atlantic, Arctic and Pacific oceans;

            - establishment in the Sahara, Kalahari and Namib Deserts of a pluvial (rainy) climate due to replacement in respective regions of the Atlantics of cold currents for the warm ones (because of a changed direction of the Gulf Stream and creation of a new system of oceanic water exchange);

            - spontaneous explosions on hundreds of nuclear power plants in Europe, North American and Asia, thousands of missile launchers with nuclear weapons on board, stores of nuclear ammunition due to strikes of supertsunami waves and disastrous seismicity, new glaciation, death for these reasons of the service personnel. This factor was absent in the previous Cenozoic global environmental disasters (there were about twenty-two of them, judging by the number of range pairs in the mid-oceanic ridges, and most of them were superior of the coming one). But in view of the impending radiation pollution of the Earth�s surface, that was not the case in the past, it will become, probably, most deadly. For this reason, the twenty-third global Cenozoic disaster (or the twenty-fifth from the time of the Gondwana glaciation and the first global vapor exposition) will not leave chances of survival either for the people, or animals.

The lithosphere-oceanic theory and its most important part � the concept of the Global Environmental Disaster appeared not at once. At first the author, a historian by education, was engaged in search of the pra-Motherland of the Slavs, in studies of the Slav ethnodynamics and Slav ethnogenesis (see site: www.zharvin-history.narod.ru ) Gradually he came to understanding that these problems could not be addressed without delving deep into the glacier epochs. So the historian got down to study of glaciology, Cenozoic and then Mesozoic glaciations and inter-glaciation periods. Coming to the geophysics from outside, being at the same time a design engineer with 20-year experience majoring in hydraulic studies and an inventor (having an appropriate sign, an identity document and seven author�s certificates) the author of this article took not a customary way in investigating the emerged problems. He took some other approach differing from the traditional ones taken by those who from the university times resolved (and more precisely did not resolve) the glaciation or seismic problems.

 From their youth times they assimilate the mistakes of their �fathers�, used to knee-bend before maxims (not always true) of the overseas �oracles�. By patience, caution and sometimes intrigues they reach high positions among the scientific elite succeeding in development of insignificant themes and indulging in empty rhetoric. They become subtle imitators of science; they have lost long ago the ability for creative solution of great scientific tasks. In civil science this is met quite often.

            Being a design engineer the author plotted its own graph using not clear, at first glance, data from the table of Academician A.I. Moskvitin, the most refined, in our opinion, among the tables of other leading Soviet specialists in glaciological science included in the Great Soviet Encyclopedia (article �Anthropogen�). To his surprise he found that from the time of the Oksky glaciation till the time of Ostashevsky glaciation (i.e. during 2.5 million years) the half-period of the glaciation cycle reduced from over 500 thousand years to 22 thousand years (i.e. 22.7 times), while the inter-glaciation half-period from the Togedensky interglaciation to Holocene (present) interglaciation reduced from less than 500 thousand years to 18 thousand years (i.e. 27.7 times). At once I set aside the theory of solar-space cycles to which I trust at first. The table of Academician Moskvitin and my graph did not coincide with the Milankovic cycles. The graph of water level fluctuations in the World Ocean during the Cenozoic period prepared by a group of Soviet research institutes (NIIGA, VNIIGRI, VSEGINGEO, CNIGG and MS, PNIIS, TTGU and others) proved that Moskvitin was right. But the most interesting is that the analysis of sequential changes of the length of seven Cenozoic glaciation cycles (later I added one more, eight, cycle by the data of Canadian glaciologist G. Andrews, the most ancient, going far into the Pliocene and the longest up to four million years) have revealed quite vividly the dreadful truth � the present interglaciation period is nearing the end and we are on the threshold of a new glaciation period. At first I thought that we had at least 2000 years tilll the new glaciation period (I was misled by optimistic forecasts of �sun-worshipers� who gave such figures as 10,000, 15,000 and 23,000 years). But painstaking collection of information convinced me that even 200 years is a voluntary period not corresponding to the actual course of the glaciation process. According to many scientists, mostly foreign ones (well-known climatologist G. Flon from Germany, many other US and West European scientists, such as Jonathan Gregory, Philipp Highbrecht, Bill Grebil and others directly engaged in studies of the Greenland glacier) the Greenland glacier will melt during the XXIst century. Then the horrible date � 50 years appeared (the scattering range is 30-70 years) before onslaught of the ice Apocalypse, more precisely, before the beginning of a new Global Environmental Disaster with the �World Flood�, seismic surge and everything that is described in the above text.

            Astronomer from Pulkovo Dr. Khabibulo Abdusamatov appeases: from 2013 a century-long cycle of solar radiation attenuation (a cycle of the �cold Sun�) starts and the average temperature on the Earth will drop by 1-1.5 degrees. In this case the Greenland glacier will not melt down. The cold peak will be just in 2050. But already in 2113 a century-long cycle of the �hot Sun� will begin. If appropriate actions are not taken the whole mass of carbon dioxide accumulated during the �cold� cycle will be released into the atmosphere. (It should be noted that carbon dioxide is readily soluble in water, while at heating water releases the extra carbon dioxide.) Plus the carbon dioxide that is released at uncontrolled burning of billion tons of hydrocarbons at accelerated development of the industry, military business and civil consumption. The climatic spring will work quickly and fatally. And still it is not a fact that the disaster may not happen prior to 2050. There is much vagueness about climatic changes.

            Living generally rather poor like many other Russian people, working in different places to get some extra money in addition to the �beggarly� pension, spending all free time in libraries, the author managed to buy a computer (second-hand, upgraded by himself) and in the period from 2002 to 2006 to write and publish three monographs:

            1. �Glaciation Apocalypse�, Saratov , CJSC �EMOS�, 2002;

            2. On the Origin of Ethnicons �Rus�� and �Slavs�. Moscow , Noosfera Publishers, 2003;

            3. �Greenland-Iceland Geogenetic Complex�, Moscow , �Liberea-Biblioform� Publishers, 2006.

            All these books formulate and address the scientific themes that are fundamentally important for the whole mankind, unveil the mysteries of the millennium-old history. I can say frankly that I am proud of the work I have done despite unavoidable drawbacks� And let the haughty and narrow-minded people grumble anything about public academies and their academicians, the history will give everyone their deserved place.

            Articles in newspapers and journals are no less effective, but I don�t give them here for lack of space. Appearance on TV is also good.

            But the time of history studies only in libraries has passed. Libraries are my great friends forever, but laboratory and on-field investigations are needed now. For example, serial drilling in the Greenland glacier of wells to the ground surface moving step-by-step from the periphery to the center of the island, examining the core, first of all, of the surface ground (palinological and radiocarbon analyses) will provide an opportunity to clear up with the past glaciation cycles and also the Global Environmental Disasters having defined accurately the time of the new �Apocalypse� commencement. It is necessary to measure with special instruments the electrostatic and magnetic stress in the Iceland rift and also vertical displacements of the edges of the Iceland graben in a cross-section having organized the strict monitoring of the mentioned parameters. It is necessary to clear out the nature of the Bering Strait before getting down to development of a system for global climate regulation. And the time has come to get down to designing of the pumping stations in the Bering water waterworks.

            And I cannot any more work alone, by myself. But all my attempts to organize my own laboratory or at least a working group within someone�s laboratory failed. I applied to many functionaries, but in vain. And although in the science there are many wonderfull men of vision who sincerely and selflessly helped me from the very beginning and without whom I would be nowhere, the establishment of a laboratory within the frame of one of the RAS institutes, or a scientific center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations or the Ministry on Science and Education does not come out.

            I would like to work independently inviting the specialists I need. The best alternative here is a private laboratory. In the 1990s the political system in Russia has changed: there is no State Committee for Planning (Gosplan) any more, the best public property is privatized, the market economy is established, but they failed to create competitive science with various forms of property. Phony authority of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) (at least as concerns civil sciences) stifles the development of alternative science. The problem of establishment of a geophysical laboratory for investigation of the lithosphere-oceanic issues and the Global Environmental Disaster comes to the fore. There are already some developments in this field. I can give short- and long-term forecasts of earthquakes with 100% probability. I know how to make aseismic zones in large cities and in the far perspective to make asesimic the whole Earth. I know how to prevent the Global Environmental Disaster and to create a global system for climate regulation. But what I don�t know is whether I can raise money for my discoveries. So, I use the Internet to apply to all investors to support establishment of a private laboratory on lithosphere-oceanic studies, prevention of the Global Environmental Disaster, establishment of a global system for climate regulation, for forecast and prevention of earthquakes. Maybe I overestimate the possibilities of Internet? TV was quite helpful.

            There are people who should be objective due to their public standing or state service position. Nobody refuted my arguments in a scientific discussion because this is impossible � my arguments are objective in their essence. The masters of stonewalling may, of course, do their best if they are held harmless for what they say. Such respected scientist as Academician M.G. Grosvald once told me that my opponents cannot refute my arguments and at the same time they cannot agree with them. It is not good either scientifically or humanly. It is necessary either to refute or agree, or at least give an opportunity for a man work for the general welfare if disproving is impossible.

            The time is going fast. Already six years passed from my first addresses. The time will come when this idea will be clear to everybody, but there will be no time to counteract the disaster. And who will be responsible for the waste of precious time? In one of my papers I wrote that the Hitler clique and Japanese militarists were punished with an ignominious death for their criminal deeds. They are guilty of approximately 50 million of innocent victims of the Second World War. Those who neglect the warning of the Science and let go of the Global Environmental Disaster will be guilty of the death of four and more billion of innocent people. What punishment they deserve? I reserve the right to apply to Hague Court Martial to sue for the crimes against the mankind when the disaster will be unavoidable and the time for counteraction will be wasted. I think that not only Russian bureaucrats will be called to account and punishment; they in the West, can be even more careless and unconcerned, for instance in the USA . Most tough punishment deserves scientific misinformers of political and state figures and this is so on both coasts of the Atlantic Ocean . Naturally, those to whom I allude here, and do it rather mildly, will do their best to oppose this in violation of all norms of morality. Look at the insides of these fighters for freedom of thinking and freedom of speech. They want freedom for themselves and not for other people. But time will show who will take the upper hand? Many people, and among them scientists, are expressing a growing concern for climatic changes and the truth becomes more and more clear.

            Article �The King of Volcanoes� presents notions of the Global Environmental Disaster in a concise, but informative way. Here every word was verified; the article was used in preparation of a leaflet enclosed to the monograph sold from street stalls.

            Article �Who Will Destroy the �Unbreakable� NATO?� contains the information very close to that used in the article �The King of Volcanoes�, but enlarged considerably. In addition, this article expresses an idea on the need to convene an international scientific conference on the above problem and to invite the author of this article to the conference; I have much to say.

            Article �Japanese Proofs of the Lithosphere-Oceanic Theory� (by the materials of renowned Japanese seismologist Dr. C. Rikitake from his book �Earthquake Prediction�. �MIR� Publishers, Moscow , 1979) contains scientific explanations of the Japanese people�s signs � precursors of earthquakes on the basis of the lithosphere-oceanic theory which truthfulness, in its turn, is proved by the century-old experience of earthquake prediction by Japanese people.

            Article �Nooanthropes and Homo Amorales� contains information on some problems of the lithosphere-oceanic theory and also on how to prevent the Global Environmental Disaster. It provides criticism of a project on artificial cooling of the Earth�s climate by dissemination of soot-dust particles from high-altitude aircraft proposed by Academician Yu.A. Izrael who took up the old, but not very successful idea of Academician M.I. Budyko.

            The author�s method of prevention of the Global Environmental Disaster is presented in detail. At the same time the global system for climate regulation by construction of the waterworks in the Bering Strait with pumping stations for pumping water from the Pacific into the Arctic Ocean and back is being developed. But it is necessary also to read the descriptions of this method presented in monographs because they complement each other. There are given examples of individual and group means of salvation from the Global Environmental Disaster.

            Article �On a Form of the Mid-Oceanic Ridges in a Cross-Section� is mostly a theoretical paper. It describes a tough polemic with the theory of the New Global Tectonics (NGT). At first I revered before NGT. The forefront of the science on the Earth, names of developers of this theory were fascinating; just imagine � all top scientists, mostly from the USA , and Nobel Prize winners among them. But as Socrates said: �Plato is dear to me, but truth is dearer still�. Step by step I found more and more objections to this �splendid theory�. The hypothesis on convection cells both in the Earth�s mantle and in the asthenosphere gradually proved its invalidity, I would even say incongruity. And this hypothesis is the core of the NGT theory. The lithosphere-oceanic theory gives its own understanding of many problems of geogensis. A form of mid-oceanic ridges is only one aspect in contradictions between two theories. But it�s useless to retell the articles, better read it for yourselves. Read it!

            Application for a making a film version � serial under the title �Judgment Day. The Science is warning� (this is about the Global Environmental Disaster) and the scenario of the first film of this serial may be found on the site. Several film producers from different TV channels read this site. I personally handed over printouts of the Application and Scenario to TV men asking to make film on this theme. But RAS does not acknowledge me, so, quite naturally, the TV men have to take the wait-and-see attitude, although fiction books may be filmed without a sanction from the functionaries. But I did not want to take a �fiction� way. Perhaps, my film will be suitable only for Hollywood , so, I must do my best to create the English-language site as soon as possible.

            Article �Global Environmental Disaster of the XXIst Century Viewed by Indigo and the Scientist� embarrasses me. I do not trust much to these Indigo and parapsychology, too. If everything is carefully checked, then it will be very good and interesting. But so far I have no drive, more precisely, time to check Indigo. I am also abashed by the terms of this disaster voiced by Indigo � 2009 and 2013. I have later terms, the Greenland glacier is still rather huge, but I haven�t so far shaped my final criticism.

            Article �Parade of Proofs� speaks for itself. The proofs of this theory is everything I live for, I collect everything that I can. And about all my findings � ready the article, it is rather large. By many things you can still find on the pages of my monograph and other articles presented on the site.
